Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on October 6, 2022, the committee resumed its study of Cybersecurity and Cyberwarfare.

Tim Callan and Christyn Cianfarani made statements and answered questions.

At 9:52 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:01 a.m., the sitting resumed in public.

Christian Leuprecht made a statement and answered questions.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

On motion of Bryan May, it was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of Threat Analysis Affecting Canada and the Canadian Armed Forces' Operational Readiness to Meet Those Threats, the proposed budget in the amount of $ 221,486.49, for the committee’s travel to Tallinn, Estonia, Riga, Latvia, Vilnius, Lithuania, and Warsaw, Poland, in the travel period of April to June 2023, be adopted and submitted to the Subcommittee on Committee Budget for consideration.

At 10:55 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
