At 3:59 p.m., Karen Vecchio took the Chair.

Simon Lapierre, Mashooda-Lubna Syed and Nneka MacGregor answered questions.

At 4:40 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:43 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Mitch Bourbonnière, Kim Dolan, Lisa Crawford and Jodi Heidinger made statements and answered questions.

At 5:38 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
