It was agreed, — That the Third Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, which reads as follows, be concurred in:
Your subcommittee met on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024, to consider the business of the committee and agreed to make the following recommendations:
1. That, for it’s meeting on April 11th, 2024, the committee dedicate the second hour to the consideration of Version One of the draft report on Women’s Economic Empowerment, if a witness panel for that period is not confirmed at the time of the meeting
2. That the committee dedicate two additional meetings to its study on the implementation of a Red Dress Alert, and that these meetings be held on April 16th and April 18th, 2024.
3. That the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, as well as representatives of the Department of Public Safety, be invited to appear before the committee on Thursday, April 18th, 2024, on the subject of the implementation of a Red Dress Alert.
4. That, on April 18th, 2024, fifteen minutes be dedicated to giving drafting instructions to the analysts for the draft report on the implementation of a Red Dress Alert.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.
It was agreed, — That the members of the committee submit to the Clerk their translated recommendations for the report on Women’s Economic Empowerment by no later than April 25, 2024.
