Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, the committee resumed its study of device investigation tools used by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

Michel Juneau-Katsuya made a statement and answered questions.

At 6:17 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 6:18 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

It was agreed, — That in relation to the study of device investigation tools used by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), members submit their recommendations for the draft report no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 7, 2022.

At 6:31 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
