Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, March 20, 2023, the committee resumed its study of toxic leak of tailings ponds.

Brad Corson made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

On motion of Kristina Michaud, it was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(1)(a), the Committee require that any requests for documentation made to witnesses be complied with and that a copy be provided no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 5, 2023.

ORDERED, — That the clerk inform Imperial Oil Limited that the committee sends for a copy of documents, to be provided no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 5, 2023.

At 5:33 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
