Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, December 5, 2017, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-64, An Act respecting wrecks, abandoned, dilapidated or hazardous vessels and salvage operations.

David Mitchell, Karen Mattatall, by teleconference from Shelburne, Nova Scotia, Dylan Heide, by teleconference from Shelburne, Nova Scotia, and Chris Wellstood, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, made statements and answered questions.

At 5:17 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:21 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Bonnie Gee, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, Rod Smith, and Terry Teegee, by teleconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, made statements and answered questions.
