At 4:10 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:11 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Kathy Fox made a statement and, with Jean L. Laporte and Kirby Jang, answered questions.

At 4:53 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:55 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Laureen Kinney, Brigitte Diogo and Benoit Turcotte answered questions.

At 5:33 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
