Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 2, 2017, the Committee resumed a briefing on the use of national security exceptions.

James Cox, Sébastien Grammond and Christopher McLeod made statements and answered questions.

At 10:25 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:31 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the review of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act, the Committee accept a confidential and anonymous brief.

At 10:39 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
