Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Monday, October 15, 2018, the Committee commenced consideration of Bill C-77, An Act to amend the National Defence Act and to make related and consequential amendments to other Acts.

At 12:02 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:07 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-77, An Act to amend the National Defence Act and to make related and consequential amendments to other Acts. Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 12:57 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
