Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, February 7, 2018, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-262, An Act to ensure that the laws of Canada are in harmony with the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

Michael Fox, Francyne Joe, Paul-Matthieu Grondin and Francis Walsh made statements and, with Lesley Williams, Veronica Rudyk and Julien Pelletier-David, answered questions.

At 4:31 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:36 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Jennifer Preston, Pat Van Horne and Paul Joffe made statements and answered questions.

At 5:15 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit for five (5) minutes.

At 5:23 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
