Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Friday, November 2, 2018, and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, the Committee commenced its study M-192, episodic disabilities.

David Yurdiga, Shauna MacKinnon, Drew Woodley, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, and Julie Kelndorfer made statements and answered questions.

At 9:47 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:54 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Krista Wilcox made a statement.

On motion of Kerry Diotte, it was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of M-192, episodic disabilities, the deadline to submit a brief of no more than 2,000 words be 11:59 p.m. on Friday, December 7, 2018.

Motion

Kerry Diotte moved, — That, notwithstanding the motion regarding the study of supporting families after the loss of a child, adopted by the Committee on Thursday, October 18, 2018, the deadline for briefs be 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 30, 2018.

In the absence of a 48 hour notice, as required by the routine motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, the Chair ruled the motion inadmissible.

The witnesses answered questions.

At 10:47 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
