M-405 — November 21, 2007 — Mr. Martin (Esquimalt—Juan de Fuca) — That, in the opinion of the House, the government should work with the province of British Columbia to list the non-core lease area of Royal Roads University as a national park or an historic site and protect these lands in perpetuity.
M-406 — November 21, 2007 — Mr. Martin (Esquimalt—Juan de Fuca) — That, in the opinion of the House, the government should double revenues that are currently going to municipalities from the gas tax, and ensure that each municipality receive stable base funding in three year blocks.
M-407 — November 21, 2007 — Mr. Martin (Esquimalt—Juan de Fuca) — That, in the opinion of the House, the Department of National Defence should ensure that all returning Canadian Forces members who have been in combat situation be assessed for post-traumatic stress disorder one to two months after returning from the theatre of operations.
M-408 — November 21, 2007 — Mr. Preston (Elgin—Middlesex—London) — That, in the opinion of this House, the government should designate in each and every year, the last week in October as "national epidermolysis bullosa awareness week" throughout Canada and to raise awareness of this serious and debilitating genetic disease.
M-409 — November 21, 2007 — Mrs. Davidson (Sarnia—Lambton) — That, in the opinion of the House, the Minister of Health should regulate non-corrective, cosmetic contact lenses as medical devices under the Hazardous Product Act or the Food and Drugs Act.
M-410 — November 21, 2007 — Mr. Dryden (York Centre) — That, in the opinion of the House, the government, its Crown Corporations and divisions should divest from corporations conducting business in Sudan and Iran and should also divest from funds, stocks, bonds and other financial instruments invested in, or operating in, Sudan and Iran, except where such funds support humanitarian aid and humanitarian relief programs, or are used to fund Canadian embassies, consulates, and representative offices in these countries.
