Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, the Minister of National Revenue should develop a mechanism allowing the Canada Revenue Agency to automatically inform Canadian taxpayers that their personal information has been sent to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, pursuant to the intergovernmental agreement between Canada and the United States made under the U.S. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act.
