Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, March 3, 2022, the committee resumed its study of Canada’s preparedness to respond to Russian threats to Canadian waters, ports and airspace.

Dennis Vinette, Rajiv Gupta and Ryan Schwartz made statements and answered questions.

At 4:45 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:50 p.m., the sitting resumed.

John de Boer made a statement and answered questions.

At 5:17 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

At 5:20 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
