Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g),and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, the committee commenced consideration of Report 2, Processing Disability Benefits for Veterans, of the 2022 Reports 1 to 4 of the Auditor General of Canada referred to the committee on Tuesday, May 31, 2022.

Karen Hogan, Paul Ledwell and Nadine Huggins made statements and answered questions.

At 2:35 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 2:37 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the committee undertake a study on Report 1, Access to Benefits for Hard-to-Reach Populations, of the 2022 Reports 1 to 4 of the Auditor General of Canada and hold a meeting on Tuesday, October 25, 2022.

It was agreed, — That the committee undertake a study on Report 2, Greening Government Strategy, of the Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development and hold a meeting on Friday, October 28, 2022.

It was agreed, — That the committee hold a meeting for a briefing session on the Office of the Auditor General on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.

It was agreed, — That the committee undertake a study on Report 3, Hydrogen’s Potential to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions of the 2022 Reports of the Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development and hold a meeting on Friday, November 4, 2022.

At 2:58 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
