Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(f), and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, the committee proceeded to a briefing by the President of Treasury Board on her mandate and priorities.

Anita Anand made a statement and, with Carsten Quell, answered questions.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(f) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, the committee commenced its study of adaptation of CBC/Radio-Canada’s audiovisual content for the international market.

Catherine Tait made a statement and, with Marco Dubé, answered questions.

Laila Goodridge gave notice of the following motion:

That the committee undertake a five meetings study to examine the impact of the carbon tax on rural official language communities across Canada.
