The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Committee proceed to sit in public.

At 11:05 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:06 a.m., the sitting resumed in public.

It was agreed, — That the recommendations for the aviation safety report be distributed.

It was agreed, — That the Minister of Transport be invited to appear Tuesday, June 13, 2017, on the subject-matter of Bill C-49.

It was agreed, — That, should the Minister of Transport be unavailable to attend the meeting on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, the Committee start consideration of the draft report for the aviation safety study.

It was agreed, — That the draft report be distributed to members of the Committee prior to Monday, June 12, 2017, at 6:00 p.m., for consideration at the meeting of Tuesday, June 13, 2017; and that should the draft report not be distributed in time, the Tuesday, June 13, 2017, meeting be on the recommendations.

It was agreed, — That on Thursday, June 15, 2017, the Committee resume consideration of the draft report.

It was agreed, — That the deadline for the witness lists for the infrastructure and smart communities study be postponed to Friday, July 14, 2017 and that the lists be “open”.

Motion

Vance Badawey moved, — That the Committee proceed to sit in camera.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to, by a show of hands: YEAS: 5; NAYS: 3.

At 12:02 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:05 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

At 12:35 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
