At 11:59 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:06 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Bill Hutchison, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, Vicki-May Hamm, by teleconference from Magog, Québec, and Kevin Miller made statements and answered questions.

At 1:01 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
