The Subcommittee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Subcommittee business.

It was agreed, — That the Chair write to all Members of Parliament who have served in the 42nd Parliament to advise them that the Subcommittee is conducting a review of the Code.

It was agreed, — That all of the evidence and documentation received by the Subcommittee in relation to its review of the Code of Conduct for Members of the House of Commons: Sexual Harassment be destroyed 30 days after its final report has been presented to the House.

It was agreed, — That the Subcommittee invite Christine Thomlinson, Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner, Rubin Thomlinson LLP, to appear on Thursday, February 15, 2018.

At 10:00 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:01 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Pursuant to the motion adopted by the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs on Thursday, February 1, 2018, the Subcommittee commenced its review of the Code of Conduct for Members of the House of Commons: Sexual Harassment.

The witnesses answered questions.

At 11:02 a.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
