Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of small and medium enterprises (SME) in federal procurement.

Dan Murphy, Kirsten Tisdale and Andy Akrouche made statements and, with André Leduc, answered questions.

At 12:42 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:46 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Committee study the Supplementary Estimates (C), 2017-18 and the Interim Estimates 2018-19 on Thursday, February 15, 2018, Tuesday, February 27, 2018, and Thursday, March 1, 2018, and that in relation to these studies the President of the Treasury Board, the Minister of Public Services and Procurement, the Parliamentary Budget Officer, and relevant departmental officials be invited to appear.

ORDERED, — That the Chair write to the Auditor General of Canada to reply to his letter dated Monday, December 4, 2017.

At 12:53 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
