Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee proceeded to a briefing on broadband in rural Canada.

Susan Hart and Christopher Seidl made statements and, with Luc Delorme, Adam Scott and Andre Arbour, answered questions.

At 12:11 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:14 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the routine motion governing members and staff attending in camera proceedings adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, an intern from the office of Mary Ng be permitted to attend the in camera portion of today’s meeting.

At 12:54 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
