Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, Fevruary 24, 2016, the Committee commenced its study of the Impact of Recent Changes to Employment Insurance and of Access to the Program.

Mary-Lou Donnelly made a statement and, with Nancy Amyot, answered questions.

At 4:44 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:46 p.m., the sitting resumed.
