2017 Centennial Flame Research Award
As an individual
• Benjamin Kane Fulton, Recipient, 2017 Centennial Flame Research Award
Pursuant to the Centennial Flame Research Award Act and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of the 2017 Centennial Flame Research Award.

The witness made a statement and answered questions.

At 12:10 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 12:15 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:16 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $8,100, for the study of M-194, Precarious employment in Canada, be adopted.

2018 Centennial Flame Research Award
Pursuant to the Centennial Flame Research Award Act and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, March 19, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the 2018 Centennial Flame Research Award.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "2018-2019 Annual Report on the Administration of the Centennial Flame Research Award Act".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 81(4) and in relation to the Main Estimates 2019-20, the Committee invite the Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour, the Minister of Public Services and Procurement and Accessibility and departmental officials to appear in May 2019, and that the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, the Minister of Seniors and departmental officials also be invited to appear in May 2019.

M-194, Precarious Employment in Canada
Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, February 27, 2019, and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 28, 2019, the Committee resumed its study of M-194, Precarious Employment in Canada.

The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report.

At 12:22 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
