Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, January 30, 2018, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill S-5, An Act to amend the Tobacco Act and the Non-smokers’ Health Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts.

Sinclair Davidson, by teleconference from Melbourne, Australia, Peter Luongo, Satinder Chera, Akehil Johnson, Anabel Bergeron and Maxime Lê, made statements and answered questions.

At 5:29 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
