Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Northern Cod Stock.

It was agreed, — That all parties send any further recommendations for a draft report to the Analyst by Friday, October 28, 2016 at noon.

At 3:50 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 3:56 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the 15 witnesses included on more than one party's list of proposed witnesses be added to the Committee's list of witnesses for the Review of changes to the Fisheries Act.

At 4:13 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:25 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That public meetings related to the Review of changes to the Fisheries Act be televised, when possible.

It was agreed, — That, for the Review of changes to the Fisheries Act the Committee website feature an option for public participation, specifically for submission of briefs.

At 4:40 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
