Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the current state of Department of Fisheries and Oceans' small craft harbours.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Ensuring the Sustainability of the Small Craft Harbours Program".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in calibri 12 point font, left aligned, single line spacing, with the title in Cambria 14 points font be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 1, 2019.

It was agreed, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of the impact of the rapid increase of the Striped Bass in the Miramichi River and the Gulf of St. Lawrence, the lists of suggested witnesses be sent to the Clerk of the Committee no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 8, 2019.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the consideration of Supplementary Estimates (B), 2018-19 and Interim Estimates 2019-20, the Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard be invited to appear.

At 4:52 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
