The Oceans Act’s Marine Protected Areas
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, December 12, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Oceans Act’s marine protected areas.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 9:12 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:13 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, after the Committee's travel to the East Coast in relation to the study of the current state of Department of Fisheries and Oceans' small craft harbours, Officials from the Department be invited to appear.

The Oceans Act’s Marine Protected Areas
