Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, February 6, 2017, the Committee resumed its comparative study of services to veterans in other jurisdictions.

Robert T. Reynolds, by videoconference from Washington, D.C., made a statement and answered questions.

At 3:57 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 4:06 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:49 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Michael J. Missal, by videoconference from Washington, D.C., made a statement and answered questions.

At 5:44 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:49 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, September 29, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of mental health and suicide prevention among veterans.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 7:10 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 7:20 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the Committee do now adjourn.

At 7:20 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
