The Standing Committee on Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development met at 9:02 a.m. this day, in the Town Hall Room, Best Western Gold Rush Inn, Whitehorse, Yukon, the Chair, Blake Richards, presiding.

Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, March 11, 2015, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill S-6, An Act to amend the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Act and the Nunavut Waters and Nunavut Surface Rights Tribunal Act.
 

Darell Pasloski and Scott Kent made statements and answered questions.
