In accordance with its Order of Reference of Tuesday, October 22, 2002, your Committee has considered Bill C-2, An Act to establish a process for assessing the environmental and socio-economic effects of certain activities in Yukon, and agreed on Thursday, December 5, 2002, to report it with the following amendments:
