In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, June 20, 2012, your Committee has considered Bill C-36, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (elder abuse), and agreed on Thursday, October 18, 2012, to report it with the following amendment:	Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mercredi 20 juin 2012, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-36, Loi modifiant le Code criminel (maltraitance des aînés), et a convenu le jeudi 18 octobre 2012, d’en faire rapport avec l' amendement suivant :
Short Title	Titre abrégé
That Bill C-36, in the short title, be amended by replacing line 4 on page 1 with the following:	Que le projet de loi C-36, dans le titre abrégé, soit modifié par substitution, à la ligne 4, page 1, de ce qui suit :
“1. Loi sur la protection des personnes aînées”	« 1. Loi sur la protection des personnes aînées »

Your Committee has ordered a reprint of Bill C-36, as amended, as a working copy for the use of the House of Commons at the report stage.	Votre Comité a ordonné la réimpression du projet de loi C-36, tel que modifié, pour servir de document de travail à la Chambre des communes à l’étape du rapport.
A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meetings Nos. 42, 43, 44 and 45) is tabled.	Un exemplaire des Procès-verbaux pertinents (séances nos 42, 43, 44 et 45) est déposé.
