| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Friday, March 4, 2011, your Committee has considered Bill C-55, An Act to amend the Canadian Forces Members and Veterans Re-establishment and Compensation Act and the Pension Act, and agreed on Monday, March 7, 2011, to report it with the following amendment: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du vendredi 4 mars 2011, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-55, Loi modifiant la Loi sur les mesures de réinsertion et d'indemnisation des militaires et vétérans des Forces canadiennes et la Loi sur les pensions, et a convenu le lundi 7 mars 2011, d’en faire rapport avec l'amendement suivant : |

| That Bill C-55 be amended by adding after line 6 on page 10 the following new clause: | Que le projet de loi C-55 soit modifié par adjonction, après la ligne 6, page 10, du nouvel article suivant : |
“Within a two year period from the time of coming into force of this Act, the provisions of the Act are to be reviewed by the appropriate standing committee of the House of Commons.” | « Dans les deux années suivant l’entrée en vigueur de la présente loi, le comité permanent compétent de la Chambre des communes effectue l’examen des dispositions de celle-ci. » |
| Your Committee has ordered a reprint of Bill C-55, as amended, as a working copy for the use of the House of Commons at the report stage. | Votre Comité a ordonné la réimpression du projet de loi C-55, tel que modifié, pour servir de document de travail à la Chambre des communes à l’étape du rapport. |
