| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, June 16, 2010, your Committee has considered Bill C-469, An Act to establish a Canadian Environmental Bill of Rights, and agreed on Tuesday, February 15, 2011, to report it with the following amendments: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mercredi 16 juin 2010, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-469, Loi portant création de la Charte canadienne des droits environnementaux, et a convenu le mardi 15 février 2011, d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants : |
