| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, March 3, 2010, your Committee has considered Bill C-464, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (justification for detention in custody), and agreed on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, to report it with the following amendment: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mercredi 3 mars 2010, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-464, Loi modifiant le Code criminel (motifs justifiant la détention sous garde), et a convenu le mardi 16 mars 2010, d’en faire rapport avec l'amendement suivant : |

| That Bill C-464, in Clause 1, be amended by replacing line 9 on page 1 with the following: | Que le projet de loi C-464, à l'article 1, soit modifié par substitution, à la ligne 9, page 1, de ce qui suit : |
“any person under the age of 18 years, having regard” | « celle des personnes âgées de moins de dix-huit ans, eu » |
