SIXTEENTH REPORT	SEIZIÈME RAPPORT
In accordance with its Order of Reference of Tuesday, October 20, 1998, your Committee has considered Bill C-235, An Act to amend the Competition Act (protection of those who purchase products from vertically integrated suppliers who compete with them at retail), and agreed on Thursday, April 15, 1999, to report it with the following amendments: delete the Clauses and the Title of the Bill.	Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mardi 20 octobre 1998, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-235, Loi modifiant la Loi sur la concurrence (protection des acquéreurs de produits de fournisseurs intégrés qui leur font concurrence sur le marché de détails), et a convenu le jeudi 15 avril 1999, d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants : supprimer les articles et le titre du projet de loi.
A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meetings Nos. 106 to 111) is tabled.	Un exemplaire des Procès-verbaux pertinents (réunions n^os 106 à 111) est déposé.
