In accordance with its Order of Reference of Friday, March 27, 1998, your Committee has considered Bill C-26, An Act to amend the Canada Grain Act and the Agriculture and Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Act and to repeal the Grain Futures Act, and agreed on Thursday, April 23, 1998, to report it with the following amendments: |
