Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(i) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, September 26, 2022, the committee resumed its study of citizen scientists.

Jeremy T. Kerr, Nicola Lewis and Andrew Gonzalez made statements and answered questions.

At 11:56 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:00 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Mehrdad Hajibabaei, Kat Hartwig and Carl Stewart made statements and, with Raegan Mallinson and Georgia Peck, answered questions.

At 12:38 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:42 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

International Moonshot Programs
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(i) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, September 26, 2022, the committee resumed its study of international moonshot programs.

It was agreed, — That the deadline for the submission of briefs in relation to the study of international moonshot programs be Friday, February 24, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

At 12:49 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
