Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, the committee commenced its study of the effects of the withdrawn amendments (G-4 and G-46) to Bill C-21, An Act to amend certain Acts and to make certain consequential amendments (firearms).

Boufeldja Benabdallah, Nathalie Provost, Heidi Rathjen and Jim Shockey made statements and answered questions.

At 4:42 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:46 p.m., the sitting resumed.
