Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, March 3, 2022, the committee resumed its study of assessment of Canada’s security posture in relation to Russia.

At 11:56 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:00 p.m., the sitting resumed in public.

William Browder, Jeffrey Mankoff and Errol P. Mendes made statements and answered questions.

At 1:00 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
