Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, the committee commenced its study of the occupation of Ottawa and the federal government’s response to convoy blockades.

The Minister made a statement and, with Commr Brenda Lucki, answered questions.

At 1:45 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 1:51 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Scott Harris, Denis Vinette, Richard Bilodeau, Samantha Maislin Dickson, Talal Dakalbab, Barry MacKillop, A/Commr Dennis Daley and Michael Duheme answered questions.

At 2:48 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
