Election of Vice-Chairs
Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the clerk of the subcommittee presided over the election of a vice-chair.

On motion of Ziad Aboultaif, it was agreed, — That Arnold Viersen be elected First Vice-Chair of the subcommittee.

At 9:56 a.m., the sitting resumed.
