Committee Business
The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That in relation to travel for the Pre-Budget Consultation in Advance of the 2023 Budget, the clerk of the committee, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a preliminary travel submission respecting the committee's proposed travel to Eastern and Western Canada in the Fall of 2022.

Invocation of the Emergencies Act and Related Measures
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, February 17, 2022, the committee resumed its study of Invocation of the Emergencies Act and related measures.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 5:36 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
