Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, February 17, 2022, the committee resumed its study of Invocation of the Emergencies Act and related measures.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — that each party be allowed to make a statement concerning Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

On motion of Philip Lawrence, it was agreed, — That the committee adjourn at 4:30 p.m. today.

Barry MacKillop made a statement and, with Donna Achimov, answered questions.

At 4:32 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
