Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), and the motions adopted by the committee on Monday, June 13, 2022, and Tuesday, September 20, 2022, the committee resumed its study of safe sport in Canada.

It was agreed, — That Andrea Skinner and Michael Brind’Amour be permitted to be assisted by their respective counsel when they appear in relation to the study on safe sport in Canada.

Michael Brind'Amour and Andrea Skinners, having made solemn affirmations, made statements and answered questions.

At 1:08 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
