At 6:43 p.m., John Barlow took the Chair.

At 6:47 p.m., Kody Blois took the Chair.

At 7:40 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 7:47 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Anthony Durocher, Mark Schaan and Matthew MacDonald made statements and, with Ann Salvatore and Krista McWhinnie, answered questions.

At 8:44 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
