Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, October 8, 2020, the committee resumed its study of systemic racism in policing in Canada.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the motion adopted on March 1, 2021, regarding the committee’s study on the safety and security of passengers required to stay in federally mandated quarantine facilities and at home under federal quarantine orders, the ministers may appear before the witnesses.

At 6:20 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
