On motion of Heather McPherson, it was agreed, — That the Department of Canadian Heritage table with the Committee, no later than June 20, 2021, a copy of the initial agreement, including any subsequent amendments, in both official languages, between Canadian Heritage and Netflix Canada, signed in 2017 and entered into under the Investment Canada Act.
It was agreed, — That the committee begin the study on locating Indigenous children’s remains on former residential school grounds, on Friday, June 18, 2021, and the study on fair compensation in the field of educational publishing in Canada, on Monday, June 21, 2021.
At 11:57 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
