Minutes of Proceedings
It was agreed, — That the committee observe a moment of silence for the anniversary of the Ethopian Airlines Crash.
Todd Doherty moved, — That committee business on March 12 be held from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. instead of from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Debate arose thereon.
Chris Bittle moved, — That committee business be held from 5:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. instead.
After debate, the question was put on the amendment of Chris Bittle and it was negatived.
After debate, the question was put on the motion and it was agreed to.
Kathleen Fox, Sylvain Alarie and Gilles Primeau made statements and answered questions.
At 4:35 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 4:43 p.m., the sitting resumed.
Jim Quick, Michael Deer, Jodi Diamant and David Curtis made statements and answered questions.
