Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, the committee resumed its study of systemic racism in policing services in Canada.

Ghislain Picard, Terry McCaffrey and Doris Bill made statements and answered questions.

At 3:10 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 3:12 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Jeffrey Schiffer, Akwasi Owusu-Bempah and Allen Benson made statements and answered questions.
