At 5:12 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 5:18 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.
It was agreed, — That the Second Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, which read as follows, be concurred in:
Your subcommittee met on Thursday, March 12, 2020, to consider the business of the committee and agreed to make the following recommendations:
1. That Darius Bossé, Mark Power, Rob Grant, Stephen Thompson and Russell Copeman be invited to appear before the committee on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, in relation to the study of the enumeration of rights holders;
2. That briefs relating to the study of the enumeration of rights holders be submitted to the clerk of the committee no later than noon, Friday, March 20, 2020;
3. That the committee consider a draft report on the study of the enumeration of rights holders on Thursday, March 26, 2020;
4. That, as part of the study of the protection of linguistic minorities, members of the committee transmit their list of suggested witnesses to the clerk of the committee by noon on Friday, March 20, 2020.
At 5:35 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
